This supplement contains a lot of ingredients that are supposed to speed up fat burning and your metabolism and promote weight loss. It seems to help a bit, but it's not a magic pill. It doesn't really make me jittery, but I drink a lot of coffee already.The pills are about average size. They are easy to swallow.So far I have had no negative reactions to this supplement.
I’ve tried a lot of weight loss supplements finding nothing quite did the job for me I tried everything I saw advertised but it never helped till I tried this one this supplement feels different from the rest I feel like it actually helps me loose weight I’ve experienced no side effects personally so I’d say it’s a good product and I’d get it again
This product definitely helps curb cravings, i noticed a difference in metabolism. I’ve been taking these daily for nearly a month. Not a magic pill but also not totally useless. have to pair with exercise.
